Training for sports at a young age that included an early start with the barbell has created a passion and a life style for Colin that includes all things involved with fitness. This introduction eventually led him into the world of CrossFit where he dove into the culture full force, immersing himself in the fundamental movements, and eventually into the heart of things like Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. Colin decided to get his CrossFit Level 1 certification a few months after getting bit by the CrossFit bug and has been continuing his knowledge as well as overall fitness to eventually use in future competitions, or local throw downs. Nutrition also plays a big part in Colin’s life and he thoroughly understands that field and the complexity of it. He looks to make a big impact in the lives of those he coaches and will continue his CrossFit knowledge through experience as well as the possibility of attaining other certifications in the near future.
